WHAT IS THE WEO®60 BOARD MADE OF?
The WEO®60 composite cladding is designed to combine performance and durability thanks to its carefully studied composition. It consists of 32% polyethylene (PE), 26% wood fibers, and 43% additives, giving it a density of 1350 kg/m³ and a linear mass of 2.57 kg/m. The surface of the boards features a co-extruded polyethylene layer, ensuring optimal waterproofing and excellent weather resistance.
Furthermore, the WEO®60 is made from 95% recycled materials, including a significant portion of plastic waste, highlighting Fiberdeck®’s ecological commitment. The product is also FSC® certified, ensuring responsible management of forest resources.
WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION OPTIONS?
The WEO®60 is ideal for those looking for cladding that is both robust and aesthetically pleasing. Its clever profile allows for easy and quick installation, ensuring a solid assembly and perfect alignment of the boards.
Its faux open-joint profile allows for rapid installation horizontally or vertically. The 60 mm wide slats are regularly spaced with a 10 mm gap. They are lightweight and easy to install, yet very stable with our fixing system.
WEO®60 cladding boards are suitable for renovations, extensions, individual houses, collective housing (first and second family), or 5th-category public buildings (ERP). Ideal for façades up to R+3 or the upper levels of buildings limited to 28 m under the top slab.
HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?
Maintenance is simple and quick: washing with water is sufficient to preserve the natural beauty of the composite wood. The co-extruded polyethylene layer protects the boards against UV rays, rain, and temperature variations, ensuring long-lasting durability and excellent resistance to fading.
WHAT IS ITS DURABILITY?
WEO® composite cladding boards are waterproof. The co-extruded layer protects the composite wood material, acting as a barrier against moisture penetration. Additionally, its trapezoidal profile prevents water stagnation.
Our exclusive co-extrusion technology ensures resistance to moisture, insect attack, and, most importantly, fading.
WHAT ARE ITS TECHNICAL PERFORMANCES?
The WEO®60 cladding is covered by a Technical Approval (Avis Technique) issued by the CCFAT (Commission Charged with Issuing Technical Opinions) for a renewable period of 3 years. It defines the application fields, ensures compliance with construction standards, and specifies the usage domains of the cladding on the market. This document is essential to comply with French legislation and meet the highest technical requirements.

The WEO®60 cladding captures the trendy aesthetic of open-joint wood cladding while greatly simplifying installation. Thanks to its faux open-joint profile, it can be installed quickly horizontally or vertically, providing perfect alignment and a regular rhythm to the façade. Unlike natural wood, WEO®60 is not affected by light or UV rays.
