WHAT IS THE VINTAGE BOARD MADE OF?
The VINTAGE composite board is made from 60% FSC® certified wood fibers and 40% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its protective shell fully encases the board, ensuring complete waterproofing as well as resistance to stains and UV rays. With a density of 1170 kg/m³ and a modulus of elasticity of 3100 MPa, it provides remarkable strength and dimensional stability. Available in two widths (138 mm and 210 mm) and four multi-chromatic shades, it features two multi-chromatic sides with an aged appearance.
WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION OPTIONS?
The VINTAGE board is easy to install thanks to an invisible clip system, ensuring an aesthetic and durable finish. It is compatible with joists made of softwood, exotic wood, or aluminum, providing optimal stability. For a proper and long-lasting installation, it is essential to follow the provided installation guide.
HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?
The Fiberdeck® VINTAGE board requires minimal maintenance thanks to its co-extruded polyethylene surface, offering optimal protection against stains and discoloration. To preserve its appearance, simple water cleaning is sufficient—no detergents needed. This board requires no oiling or sanding, ensuring a beautiful, durable deck with minimal upkeep.
WHAT IS ITS DURABILITY?
VINTAGE boards are co-extruded 360°, offering full protection. They come in four aged shades, mimicking the look of antique wood. These boards are designed to resist UV rays and stains, providing exceptional longevity and timeless aesthetics. They are guaranteed for 20 years against design or co-extrusion quality issues.
