WHAT IS THE MANHATTAN BLADE MADE OF?
The MANHATTAN blade is a 360° co-extruded composite product, composed of 60% wood fibers and 40% high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It is coated with a thin protective layer containing UV-resistant additives to preserve color and resist stains. It features two usable sides: one smooth and one grooved, allowing for variable aesthetic effects. Its density is approximately 1170 kg/m³, and its expansion coefficient is ≈ 0.0356 mm per meter per degree Celsius.
WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION OPTIONS?
The MANHATTAN blade can be easily installed using its hidden clip system, ensuring a quick and aesthetically pleasing installation without visible screws. To guarantee a proper and lasting installation, it is essential to follow the provided installation instructions. This method ensures a solid, attractive, and low-maintenance deck.
HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?
The MANHATTAN blade by Fiberdeck® is designed for minimal maintenance. Its 360° co-extruded surface effectively protects against common stains, which can be easily cleaned with water. This blade does not require sanding, oiling, or painting, offering a durable and attractive deck with minimal upkeep.
WHAT IS ITS DURABILITY?
MANHATTAN blades are 360° co-extruded to provide protection against weathering. They are available in five multichromatic colors that mimic the look of natural wood. These blades are designed to resist UV exposure and stains, ensuring exceptional durability and aesthetics. They come with a 20-year warranty against design or co-extrusion quality defects.
