WHAT IS THE WEO®60 BLADE MADE OF?

The WEO®60 composite cladding is designed to combine performance and durability thanks to its carefully studied composition. It consists of 32% polyethylene (PE), 26% wood fibers and 43% additives, which gives it a density of 1350kg/m³ and a linear mass of 2.57kg/ml. The surface of the blades benefits from a co-extruded layer of polyethylene, guaranteeing optimal sealing and excellent resistance to bad weather. In addition, WEO® 60 is made from 95% recycled materials, including a significant proportion of plastic waste, highlighting Fiberdeck®’s ecological commitment. The product is also FSC® certified, guaranteeing responsible management of forest resources.

WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION POSSIBILITIES?

The WEO®60 is ideal for those looking for cladding that is both robust and aesthetic. Its ingenious profile allows for easy and quick installation, ensuring a solid assembly and perfect alignment of the blades.

Its false open-joint profile allows it to be installed quickly horizontally or vertically. The 60mm wide slats are regularly spaced by a 10mm wave. They are light and easy to install, but also very stable with our fixing system.

WEO®60 cladding boards are suitable for renovation, extension, individual houses, collective housing (1^st and 2^nd family) or 5^th category ERPs. Ideal for facades up to R+3 or last levels of buildings limited to 28m in height under the last slab.

HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?

Maintenance remains simple and quick: a wash with water is enough to preserve the natural beauty of the composite wood. The co-extruded polyethylene layer protects the blades against UV, rain and temperature variations, guaranteeing a long life and excellent resistance to discoloration.

WHAT IS ITS DURABILITY?

WEO® composite cladding boards are waterproof. The co-extruded film protects the composite wood material. It is a waterproof barrier against any moisture absorption. In addition, its trapezoidal profile prevents any water stagnation.

Our exclusive co-extrusion technology guarantees resistance to humidity, insect attack, but above all to discoloration.

WHAT ARE ITS TECHNICAL PERFORMANCES?

WEO®60 cladding is covered by a Technical Opinion. It is issued by the CCFAT (Commission Responsible for Formulating Technical Opinions) for a renewable period of 3 years. It defines the fields of application, ensures the conformity of the implementation according to current construction standards and specifies the areas of use of the cladding on the market. This document is essential to comply with French legislation and meet the strictest technical requirements.

WEO®60 cladding adopts the trendy aesthetic of open-joint cladding, while greatly simplifying its implementation. Thanks to its false open-joint profile, it can be installed quickly horizontally or vertically, offering perfect alignment and a regular rhythm to the facade. Unlike natural wood, WEO®60 is not afraid of light or UV.
