The brise-soleil is a contemporary architectural element used to reduce discomfort caused by direct sunlight. It allows for the enjoyment of natural light without letting in heat.
These profiles are decorative; they have no waterproofing or building insulation function. Brise-soleil can be used for all types of public buildings (ERP), commercial buildings, and individual or collective housing without restriction. Fire rating not applicable.
