WHAT IS THE WEO®120-60 BOARD MADE OF?
The WEO®120-60 cladding consists of 32% polyethylene (PE), 26% wood fibers, and 43% additives, offering a density of 1360 kg/m³ and a linear mass of 3.54 kg/m. The boards have a wall thickness of 5 mm and feature a protective co-extrusion layer. They are available in widths from 60 mm to 120 mm and standard lengths of 3.90 m. Made from 95% recycled materials, they are fully recyclable at the end of their life, ensuring durability and environmental friendliness.
WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION OPTIONS?
The WEO®120-60 cladding boards have a faux-shiplap interlocking profile. They are installed as a ventilated cladding on a timber or aluminum frame. Fixing the boards to the battens is done using stainless steel self-drilling screws. The boards can be installed horizontally or vertically.
With its boards of varying widths, the WEO®120-60 opens up new creative possibilities. It allows you to play with contrasts, rhythm, and proportions for unique and customizable facades.
HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?
Thanks to its co-extruded protection, the WEO®120-60 resists fading and retains its wood-like appearance for years. The thin polymer layer protects against UV rays and weather, minimizing maintenance. The cladding keeps its colors and relief throughout the seasons, providing a stable and aesthetic facade without regular intervention.
WHAT IS ITS DURABILITY?
WEO®120-60 cladding boards resist stains and UV fading thanks to co-extrusion technology. The protective surface layer ensures perfect waterproofing.
They offer excellent weather resistance, prevent long-term UV damage, and are guaranteed for 20 years against co-extrusion design or quality issues.
