WHAT IS THE WEO®35 BOARD MADE OF?
The WEO® 35 composite cladding consists of 32% polyethylene (PE), 45% wood fibers, and 23% additives. This composition gives it a density of 1260 kg/m³ and a linear mass of 2.36 kg/m. The surface of the boards is protected by a co-extruded polyethylene layer, ensuring optimal waterproofing and enhanced weather resistance. In addition, WEO® 35 cladding is made from 95% recycled materials, a significant portion of which comes from plastic waste, highlighting Fiberdeck®’s ecological commitment. This product is also FSC® certified, confirming responsible forest resource management.
WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION OPTIONS?
WEO®35 boards are very easy to install. Their hollow profile is optimized for easy handling, and the back panel increases the stability and strength of the board. Lightweight, durable, and rot-resistant, the boards guarantee optimal installation comfort and long-term durability.
They can be installed both horizontally and vertically. This allows for playing with the perception of height or depth of exterior facades and provides a warm, modern harmony thanks to their elegant, clean lines.
Installation is very easy thanks to the tongue-and-groove system, and the boards can be fixed on a wooden or metal frame using simple screws. For vertical installation, the cladding boards are screwed with 4.2×32 mm A2 stainless steel self-drilling countersunk screws into the lower tongue of the board, fully concealing the fastener. For horizontal installation, the boards are screwed at the wave trough using 4.2×38 mm A2 stainless steel self-drilling screws. Screws are colored to match the boards, making them discreet and facilitating maintenance.
HOW TO MAINTAIN IT?
Maintenance is minimal. The co-extruded polyethylene layer protects effectively against UV, moisture, and weather, ensuring excellent resistance to fading.

WEO®35 cladding boards are designed for facade covering applications, either direct installation or installed over external insulation, suitable for new constructions or renovations.
Their technical specifications are ideal for professional projects (offices, shops, etc.) as well as for residential projects (single-family homes, extensions, etc.) or public buildings (category 5 ERP).
WEO®35 cladding is covered by a Technical Approval (Avis Technique) issued by the CCFAT – Commission Charged with Issuing Technical Opinions – for a renewable period of 3 years. This approval defines the scope of application, ensures compliance with current construction standards, and specifies the cladding’s use cases on the market.
